Wire Rope Annealing Machine
Manufacturers need to cut wire with ease to eliminate frayed ends and ensure repeatability of cut.
Gripple Automation have designed a compact annealing machine that is capable of fusing wires from 0.5mm to 6mm in diameter, depending on material type, with repeatability of cut guaranteed at +/- 0.5%* to allow for smooth operation.
*Consistency of fuse is achieved through the initial set up. Our pressure can be easily accessed and fine-tuned which makes it easier to change between wire diameters.
